Mission, values & independence
What this site stands for. This project exists to champion the values Israel and the United States share, to explain why their alliance matters, and to defend Israel against the misinformation campaign waged against it. We are pro-Israel without apology and pro-truth without exception — the two are not in tension, and a site that lies for its side is a site that fails its side.
What we believe. That Israel is a democracy in a region that has produced few, and that its survival is in America's interest and in the free world's. That the U.S.–Israel relationship is built on shared values — freedom, the rule of law, human dignity, resilience — and on a security and innovation partnership that serves both peoples. That promoting those values and that partnership is honest advocacy, and every democracy needs more of it. And that the strongest defense of Israel is the truth, stated plainly and backed by sources.
Who we are. We are independent creators — writers and producers, not an organization, lobby, or campaign. We are not affiliated with any government, party, or institution, Israeli or American. And we do not hide our support for Israel: this site is openly, proudly pro-Israel, and we believe readers are owed that disclosure up front rather than a false show of neutrality. You will never have to guess where we stand.
How we are funded. By our readers. This project is supported by voluntary contributions from people who value the work — the standard model for independent journalism and creative work. The terms are simple and absolute: contributions buy nothing. No access, no influence, no edits, no say in what we publish or how we correct ourselves. If that ever changes, we will tell you the moment it does. We also accept no funding from governments, parties, or advocacy organizations — so that our independence is not just claimed, but structural.
What this site is not. It is not neutral, and it does not pretend to be. It is not anti-Palestinian: the suffering of Palestinians is real, and honest advocacy does not deny it. We engage seriously with criticism of Israel when it is made in good faith and with sources — criticism of policy is legitimate, and pretending otherwise weakens the case we make. What we oppose is the erasure of the other half of the record: the invented histories, the refused offers, the double standards applied to the one Jewish state on earth.
The deal. Every factual claim on this site is checkable. We do not invent quotes, dates, offers, or numbers. When we are wrong — and we will sometimes be wrong — show us the source and we will engage with it and correct the page. No other site you will read on this topic offers you that. Hold us to it.
Why the name. This domain was registered as a provocation — a doorway for readers who would never click a pro-Israel page. The provocation is the hook; the argument is the point. If you came here expecting one thing, we ask only that you read the case before you decide what we are.
Where to start. Read the case for Israel — six chapters that answer the strongest charges against Israel, sourced and argued in order — then judge for yourself. Argue with all of it; that's what it's for.
