Our mission depends on you
Why this site exists. Somewhere in the noise about Israel, the truth got lost. Not the complicated, human, heartbreaking parts of the story — those are told. The parts that were edited out are the ones you will not find anywhere else: the offers that were actually made, the history that starts before the occupation, the double standards applied to the one Jewish state on earth. Someone has to tell that story straight. We decided it was going to be us.
What that actually costs. We are independent creators. There is no organization behind us, no lobby payroll, no grant, no government check — and we intend to keep it that way, because independence is the whole point of what we do. But independence has a price, and it is paid in the unglamorous currency of running a real project: the hours of research behind every chapter, the sources checked and re-checked, the corrections printed when we get something wrong, the hosting, the tools, the time we are not spending on anything that pays the bills. Every word on this site is free to read. None of it was free to make.
Why we're asking. Because the mission depends on supporters — on you. That is not a phrase; it is the literal truth of how independent work survives. A big organization can fund itself from its own weight. A small one has only its readers. When you contribute — five dollars or five hundred, once or every month — you are not buying anything. You are casting a vote for the kind of journalism that states its position openly, publishes its sources, and corrects its own mistakes in public. That is increasingly rare. You can decide it doesn't die with us.
What your support makes possible. It keeps every chapter free and open — no paywall, ever, because the people who most need this argument are often the ones who can least afford to pay for it. It buys research time for the next chapters, the ones on the values we share and the alliance that serves both our countries. And it lets us grow: more writing, more reach, more readers who came hostile and stayed to argue. That is what your contribution actually builds.
How to give. We are independent creators funded by readers. The button below opens our secure PayPal checkout — one-time gifts or monthly support. However you give, the terms are the same: contributors buy nothing. No influence, no edits, no say. We answer to the truth and to you — in that order.
Prefer cryptocurrency? Scan a code below, or copy the address and send from your wallet. Contributions go directly to the creators’ wallets — plainly labeled as tips to this project, never as a charity, because we will never claim to be one.

Thank you. If you have read this far, you already understand why this work matters. Whether you can give or not, share a chapter with someone who needs to read it. Argue with us — with sources, as the deal requires. And if you believe, as we do, that Israel's story deserves to be told straight — then help us tell it. The mission depends on you. We could not do it without you. And we will not stop doing it while you're with us.
